Revani Cake

Revani is a humble cake — semolina, sugar, butter, eggs — but the syrup is what makes it. I pour it warm over the cake while it's still warm from the oven, so every bite is moist and lightly fragrant. Topped with shredded coconut. Just simple and satisfying.
